Dental Staff

Kendra moved to Vancouver Island several years ago to live the “Island Life” and enjoys exploring all of the beautiful scenery with her spouse and two dogs. With over 17 years experience in the dental field, including extensive insurance plan knowledge, she strives to provide excellent patient care and build a lasting rapport with all of the patients in the clinic.

Siobhan graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Vancouver Island University in 2017. She is passionate about providing gentle cleanings and helping clients improve their oral health. When not at work, Siobhan loves spending time with her family, running, and travelling.

Cheryl graduated Dental Hygiene in 2012, but her dentistry career began in 2005 as a Dental Assistant. She has a passion for helping her clients reach and maintain their oral health goals. Cheryl takes pride on being thorough yet gentle, and loves getting to know her patients while doing so. When not at work, she enjoys adventuring with her 3 kiddos and hubby. She keeps busy volunteering with her kids sports teams and schools, and also loves running, paddle boarding, and veggie gardening.

Edyn was born and raised in a small town in Saskatchewan, and she received her Dental Hygiene Diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2018. She loves helping patients maintain their healthiest smiles by providing optimal care and hygiene instruction. She looks forward to creating an enjoyable and comfortable visit to the dental office for you. When Edyn is not at the clinic she likes exploring the Island, playing hockey and slo-pitch, or cuddling with her cat Willie.

Gwen was born and raised in Dawson Creek, but has been coming down to the island her whole life and has always loved it. She is happy to have finally relocated out this way, and in her spare time she loves to do anything crafty or just chill out and spend time with her dog Maezie. Gwen has recently just come into the dental field and graduated from VIU. She is so excited to be part of the team at Ocean Grace and start her career as a CDA.

Hannah is a Nanaimo local, newly married, and proud cat mom to three furry companions. She has a heart for bringing joy, encouragement, and support to everyone around her. When she’s not spending time with friends and family, she enjoys reading scripture, swimming in the ocean, and expressing her creativity through painting, writing, and photography.

Lyndsey has experience in the dental field both as an assistant and receptionist. She strives to make sure patients feel welcome and at ease during their visit to the office. When not at work, Lyndsey enjoys exploring the many beaches and trails the Island has to offer with her two kids and dogs.

Originally from Toronto, Brittany relocated to Vancouver Island in 2013 to enjoy the fantastic lifestyle Nanaimo has to offer. She graduated from the Dental Office Administration program at George Brown College in 2011. Brittany takes pride in providing a pleasant and comfortable experience at the front desk with our patients. She welcomes everyone with a warm smile and helpful attitude. Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys her family time with her husband and three children, exploring beaches and local trails. An animal lover at heart, a Golden Retriever and three cats keep her household busy! On her down time, she loves to read novels and tend to her gardens.

Originally from the lower mainland, Kaylie moved to Vancouver Island in 2019 to enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle and strong sense of community. She graduated from the Dental Office Administrator program in 2015 from the University of Fraser Valley, and brings a friendly, organized and welcoming approach to her role. Kaylie enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported, and takes pride in creating a positive and educated experience from the moment they arrive. Outside of the office, she is a mom of two boys and loves spending time with her family outdoors camping and exploring. As a rugby enthusiast, she enjoys staying active and following the game. At home, their French bulldog Bella keeps everyone entertained and adds to the fun of their lively household.
