We kindly ask that you give our office 48 business hours notice to cancel or change an appointment out of fairness to everyone and their schedules. Failing to do so may result in an office charge of $45 for an appointment booked for less than an hour and $100 for appointments booked over an hour. In the instance of sudden illness, personal tragedy or family emergency we may take those instances into account as an exception. *ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY TELEPHONE AS THE EMAIL MAY NOT ALWAYS BE CHECKED IN TIME AND COULD STILL RESULT IN A CHARGE IF THIS IS NOT ADHERED TO. *Should you have any questions please feel free to call our administrative team, as we look forward speaking with you!
Payment Policy
Payment Types Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Interac Debit & Certified Bank Drafts. We do not accept personal cheques.
All patient portions will be due at the time of treatment. We do accept most insurance plans and can submit claims directly to your plan if that is how your particular plan is set up by your insurance company. Our administrative staff can help assist you to the best of our ability with your plan by getting an insurance breakdown ahead of time if possible. Please note that some insurance companies may not always divulge all of the necessary information directly to us which we will require in order to know about what services may or may not be covered with your particular insurance plan. We will always do our best to estimate ahead of time to try to give you an accurate estimate for your treatment but in the ever changing world of insurance companies and their policies we are not notified if there have been any changes to your plan, and therefore any remaining balance will become your responsibility. This is a contract between you and your insurance company so we do strongly advise you to inform yourself of your policy’s limits and eligibility, and notify us if you have used any of your limits elsewhere in the year, as you will be responsible at all times for what is not covered by your insurance company.
